Description

Due to shortage of Rolls-Royce Merlin engines, some 300 Lancasters were built with Bristol Hercules radial engines, becoming the BII Variant. Some were also fitted with enlarged bomb-bay doors to enable large 8000lb bombs to be carried, as well as a ventral defensive turret.

Best Lancaster in 1/72 Scale.

Title says it all. New tool from 2012. I also have the Airfix new tooled Dambuster kit. The Dambuster kit was a great model and I suspect this one will be also. Same great service from Sunward Hobbies . Living in Ontario received my order within two days.
