Not an exact replacement in the Badger 150, the needle and head replacement is mechanically easy to do. Just swap the parts out, and insure the needle is fully seated before tightening the internal locking collar. However, compared to the original needle, a medium, the kit's fine needle is longer. Thus, it did not allow the pulling back fully of the two stage trigger, with the shaft of the needle bottoming out on the airbrush's end cover. This was easily rectified though, by just cutting the fine needle's shaft so it matched the medium needle in overall length. Worked like a charm. Well priced, and with a little modification, works wonderfully.
The new parts solved my airbrush problems. Airbrush functions like new.
The Badger Airbrush Super Fine Conversion kit is a super fine needle that those exactly what it is suppose to do. I bought it for my old Badger Patriot USA 150. It worked very well between; fine enough to do small effects to wide enough for coverage of larger pieces. It is an excellent tool if you do not want 3 or 4 airbrush.
