AK 11634 and Ak Wet palette

Haven’t painted with a set yet
I bought a the new AK wet pallet about five months ago from your store and now it’s not locking properly. It doesn’t seem to wanna stay locked.
Bad design from AK I have to tape the top up to seal it so there won’t get in to dry it out then have to find something else to use
