The request for an assessment of the pen came less than a week after getting the pencils, not enough time to try all of them out. I can say based on the use of other pencils from AKI that these will work beautifully.

Turns out you can do more with the pencils than I had originally thought. I actually enjoyed the beginning section on how the pencils are made. It’s going to take me a while to try out all the techniques shown. Started off with some filters and dust.

You can play around with these pencils and figure some things out but this book gives you a full range of techniques to improve your weathering. This is a jam packed little book that is a great addition to the series. Good value, shipped quickly and well packed

Great service, as always from Sunward. Also, (as an aside) the Weathering pencils book is a must for those starting out using them. Also, in case those of you reading this don't already know, there are some Crystal Clear pains from AK that are for use on plastics to make them look like coloured glass - VERY handy!
