How We Pack Your Orders at Sunward Hobbies

Hi, I’m Rachel from Sunward Hobbies and today I’m going to bring you behind the scenes on how we receive your orders, pick your orders, and pack your orders. So, follow me.
Picking Orders
So, first thing in the morning, we print all the orders and then we pick them. So, this one just came in. So, let’s go pick it. We use these boxes to pick our orders.
So, we covered the customer’s name, but this customer ordered these four items. So, first we’re going to get Tamiya White putty. which is right here. They also ordered some Mr. Hobby masking tape 10 mm. So, they got this one. Next thing they ordered is the Tamiya brush set. Oh, and they got the last one. I wonder what they’re painting. And the last thing is a Testers enamel paint.
All right. And they got it in flat white. I wonder what they’re working on. What do you guys think? Comment down below. Okay. And at this point, I’ll bring it to the back to our verifier to make sure that I picked everything correctly before it goes out. So, let’s go.
Verify
So, this is where we verify all of our orders. We will wrap everything up in paper if it’s made out of glass. And we will also put everything in bags to make sure that no paint spills on other items in your orders. Fun fact, here at Sunward, we ship same day. So now this is our packing station. We have Justin at the packing station getting the order ready. Thank you, Justin. And the last part is printing the label.
Packing and Shipping
