Dark iron-oxide. Recommended for reproducing old rust on mufflers, towing lugs, chains, steel cables, suspension of wheeled vehicles trains and carts,  springs, tracks, road-wheels, OVM. Old rust is always darker than fresh. This is base pigment colour for rust modulation. Apply it first and follow up with lighter shades to produce authentic appearance. Works bast on black or black metallic acrylic bases!

1st try VMS pigments

First time trying out these VMS Pigments, and I really like them. Good coverage and colours. Very fine pigments. Will definitely order some more. Carriers and binders are good to get with these as well. Really nice system for pigment weathering effects.
