For precision works is necessary to keep the tip of your brushes in a perfect state.

This gel is indicated to keep the tip sharp and in perfect use condition with all brushes fibers compacted and never open or deformed.

With this gel you will keep your brushes always like new ones after using and cleaning them (it can be used after the application of our ABT117 Magic Potion for Brushes or any other chemical or natural cleaner).

Once I found out how to use it properly, works as intended!

My chief complaint is the lack of full instructions on how to use it. Only thing stated is "To keep the brush tip sharp and protected...".

After some searching the good old 'net, I now know how to use it.

Okay. I guess I'll share with the class. Apply to a clean/cleaned and dry brush, working the bristles to thier proper shape. Before using the brush, remove the dried gel with water before using it. Simple, huh?

So simple that they could've written somewhere on the bottle...

Works well with new brushes, I find. I've found that if I use Vallejo Brush Restorer on an older brush, then Abbotslung, er Aboutalung, (Grr..) MAGIC GEL FOR BRUSHES (The stuff listed above that I'm TRYING to review...) it seems to breathe a little more life into my more senior brushes.

Plus, you get Sunwards STELLAR customer service!

Not quite sure how I feel about the Magic Gel yet.

I’ve been using it in concert with Abt. 502s Magic Potion cleaner. It does seem to help brushes keep their shape when in storage, but I don’t think it’s doing much to really recondition them.

As soon as you get the brushes wet enough to remove the gel residue (as it says to) old brushes very quickly return to how they were before.

Could be down to my brushes being quite cruddy at this point and perhaps beyond saving?

Plus side is, you only seem to need a little product to help with shaping so this pot should last ages.
