If you are not happy with any product purchased from Sunward Hobbies, you can return it to us for a replacement, full refund, or credit within 30 days of purchase (less shipping and handling). All goods must be in the original packaging, unused, and in original condition. Special orders, spray paints, fuel, batteries, software, glow plugs, rocket motors, igniters, and books are not returnable or refundable.
