- 30 day return policy – on new unused and unopened products, less shipping and handling fees.
- All goods must be in the original packaging, unused, and in original condition
- Due to regulations, rocket motors, spray paints, igniters, fuel, batteries, software, glow plugs, and books are not returnable and or refundable.
- No return on seasonal items.
- No returns on clearance items.
