High-coverage, high-opacity enamel-based panel liner with a matte finish.

Ideal for highlighting techniques and as a base coat for panel lining with intense colors.

Shake well, apply using the included brush, and allow it to dry. Then apply an intense or fluorescent color over the surface with an airbrush or brush (compatible with any type of paint applied on top).
