The Glaive Super-heavy Special Weapons Tank is one of the most feared armoured assets available to the Legiones Astartes. Built upon the legendary Fellblade chassis, its signature volkite carronade is a weapon of ancient and terrible power — said to have originated on Mars during the wars of the Age of Strife. With every shot, its ravening beam strikes down multiple targets before its energy is even partially spent.

Overwhelming Firepower, Every Angle Covered

The volkite carronade alone is enough to shred entire squads of enemy infantry in a single volley, but the Glaive doesn’t stop there. Hull-mounted weapons can be built as twin heavy flamers or twin heavy bolters, while the sponsons offer a choice of lascannon arrays, laser destroyers, or Gravis heavy bolter arrays — giving you the flexibility to engage any threat the battlefield throws at you. Additional options include a hunter-killer missile, smoke launchers, and a searchlight for even greater tactical versatility.

Featuring icons for the Imperial Fists, Sons of Horus, Salamanders, and Iron Warriors, along with numbers and additional markings, you have everything needed to make your Glaive truly your own.

Kit Details

This kit comprises 226 plastic components and requires assembly. It is supplied unpainted — Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints are recommended for the best results.

Built on the same frame as the workhorse Fellblade tank, the Glaive is a rare variant that mounts a gigantic volkite carronade to reduce entire squads of hardened troops to scorched ash. This immense gun burns right through power armour like it isn’t there, making the Glaive a terror to massed deployments of the Legiones Astartes – Loyalist or Traitor.

This kit comes with the option to swap the Sponson Mounted lascannon arrays with laser destroyers or gravis heavy bolter batteries, plus a Legiones Astartes Super-heavy Vehicle transfer sheet that contains 718 transfers.

Assembly and painting required. Kit does not include model cement glue, paint, and tools. We recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints. Adult supervision where required.
