Description

The V-22 Osprey tiltrotor is currently being deployed to US Navy and Marine Assessment Departments to define how this revolutionary new machine will be piloted and used. Thanks to its large tilting rotors and able to take off and land like a helicopter, the Osprey takes on the flight characteristics of a normal aircraft once lifted from the ground through the rotation of the engines, reaching speeds and range unthinkable for a traditional helicopter. The V-22 will replace the older CH-46s in the Marines’ transport and assault role, and will also be used for Special Forces aviation in the years to come.

Assembly and painting required. Kit does not include model cement glue, paint, and tools. Adult supervision where required.
