Classy ‘n Dressy is a water-based pastel color for craft lovers. These were developed with Mr. Tomo Tanaka, a Japanese miniature artist. The illustration on the packaging was designed by a Japanese illustrator, MIYA. From handmade jewelry to miniature food and sweets-deco, these colors can be used for a wide range of crafting. The colors can be thinned with T111/T110 Aqueous Color Thinner (not included) or water, and can be mixed with Aqueous Hobby Color.
