The T-62 tank has many similarities to the T54/55, both in external shape and mechanism. It made its first official appearance in the victory parade to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the victory over Germany on May 9th 1965.

Old kit but does the trick.

Yes, it's an old ex- motorized kit with open sponsons, rubber tracks, etc. It can still be built up nicely. Mine will be finished as an old (pre cheek armour) example with steel roof cage, based on an interesting picture of one I found, broken down in the Ukraine. Great value for the price!
