The container includes a lid and base connected by a rubber seal, which maintains an airtight closure and preserves internal humidity for extended periods. Water and the sponge are stored in the base compartment.

The hydration sponge serves as a critical element of the wet palette. It retains water and delivers continuous moisture to the palette paper above, keeping acrylic paints workable and preventing premature drying.

The moisture-permeable paper draws humidity from the sponge to its surface while maintaining sufficient durability to resist tearing or deterioration when exposed to paint.

Made of high-strength ABS plastic. Rubber seal between case and lid provides excellent air tightness when closed. Case has non-slip rubber pads to ensure stability. The lid fits under the case to save space. The lid can also be used as a second palette. It has magnets on both sides to attach the Well Palette.
