Disappointing

Covers 4 Russian and 4 German vehicles. Thats all. There are colour plates of the armour they cover, minimum of 4 plates to a maximum of 9, but 4-5 is the average, depending on the vehicle. There is only 1 colour plate of a T-34, no Pz.Kpfw. V or VI plates. Most of the book is black and white photos and some colour museum shots, along with a lot of shameless advertising of Vallejo products. I paid for the book, not for the ads like a magazine! There is better value available elsewhere.

Excellent Modeller Resource

A nice reference on several vehicle types employed on the Eastern Front. Includes historical notes and many wartime photographs of the subject vehicles. Also includes photos of surviving examples. Colour plates show colour schemes for multiple vehicles and includes Vallejo colours for each scheme.
