Welcome to the Sunward Hobbies site, a division of Sunward Aerospace Group Limited.  We have been in business since 2004.

The site is in Canadian dollars and is set up for shipping for Canadians. We ship direct from Toronto.

We are continuing to add products for shipping within Canada. 

If you are not happy with any product purchased from Sunward Hobbies, you can return it to us for a replacement, full refund, or credit within 60 days of purchase (less shipping and handling). All goods must be in the original packaging, unused, and in original condition.  Special order items, software, and glow plugs are not returnable or refundable. Books and printed materials are not refundable due to copyright restrictions.

Please note that due to Transport of Dangerous Goods and Explosives regulations, batteries, fuel, and rocket motors are not returnable or refundable.

WE SHIP FAST - We try to have everything in stock (unless stated) and ship within ONE business day. If we are unable to, we will contact you with details.

Support is readily available! We don't hide here. An address for mail contact is readily available. A phone call is always welcome and no pushing numbers to get to a dead end. Unless we are on the road or in the shop, we always answer your phone calls. Messages are returned as soon as possible. We personally answer all of your emails. We have no automatic responder with useless answers.
