Actually, I originally bought this set of colors for the metallic aluminum alone, which I could not buy separately at the time. Fortunately for me, I found that I also needed the matt anthracite and metallic steel and planned to use the metallic silver to conveniently provide subtle variations in metallic coloring. As for the other colors, I simply used them to refill my larger bottles. The bottles in this set were small, with what looked like only about 5 ml in each, which was more than enough to hand paint fine details but not for large-scale painting. The disadvantage in purchasing this set was that the cost per ml of paint was about double that of purchasing the larger 18 ml bottles. So, I do not recommend purchasing this set unless you really need it or unless you are unsure that you will ever need more of these colors. I do recommend purchasing the larger 18 ml bottles instead, which would be half the price per ml, and save you in the long run.
